Their expanded mission is to provide positive peer pressure, role models, and environmental strategies to help prevent destructive decisions and steer people towards a healthier, safer course in life. American Foundation for Children with AIDS (AFCA) is a non-profit organization that helps HIV positive children and their guardians, and HIV positive pregnant women in Sub-Saharan Africa who have no other access to help.
